Find 'tipp plazza' 2nd rd. you'll see the big bright yellow DHL office there. Looks for Daas restaurant on the left of the DHL office, and just down from it there's a little shop - she does nails, massage etc...she's very good and cheap...

I like to get manicure/pedicure from the same place I get a facial massage, the place in Central Festival on the bottom floor near the food court area. I got manicures from a few of those massage shops you see on side sois but got minor infection when they nicked my skin.
