An Indian reported a burglary from his South Pattaya hotel room early on Monday Morning. Police were called to the Tony’s Lido hotel on Third Road in South Pattaya and met with Mr. Sukhpeep Singh aged 37 who resided in room number 105. He was sleeping inside when he was awoken by a noise and soon realized someone had jumped through the window of the room and was in the process of stealing items, despite the presence of Mr. Singh inside the room who shouted at the man who jumped back out of the window and made his escape. In the process he did manage to steal 2,000 Baht in cash, a Samsung mobile phone and a Toshiba Laptop. Mr. Singh was taken to Pattaya Police Station to file a report as Police attempt to locate the suspect and recover the stolen goods.
