Good service at Mazda .

Ordered a new Mazda BT-50 today and was surprised with the very good service from Mazda on Sukhumvit .

Ordered it today and can pick it up next Tuesday already in exactly the version and color i wanted it in .

 

They also offered a very good price for the trade-in Toyota sports cruiser (50k more than Ford on a Ranger) .

Also got a lot of goodies free with it (insurance , gov tax , tainted windows , full tank , 3 times free oil chance and some

more extras) . A salesman who spoke good English and knew what he was talking about , test drive = no problem .

 

Been to several dealers , Nissan , Ford but everywhere a lazy girl who was busy with her make up and didn't have an

answer on any of my questions . Most places have a waiting time of 2 months for a new car . No test drive possibilities .

 

This afternoon already a call for buying the Toyota for cash money .

 

I have been there 3 times over the last 2 days and everytime there where a lot of people in the showroom and a lot of

orders been written down .

It seems that Mazda takes their business much more serious than a lot of their competitors or at least this dealer was .

The service you discribed is better than in most European dealers, ofcourse, one must be able to deliver it in 2 days.

Hope you have better luck with the delivery of your new truck than my mate did, again a BT-50 some time ago he was told 6 weeks wait after 13 weeks he bought a Chevy

No problems , delivered last Tuesday as promised . Great car to drive !
