Hi! I am a solo newbie to Pattaya. This is my second visit but my first visit solo style and I want your help in deciding between the hotels I have shortlisted below.

I assume all of these are girl friendly with no joiners but I want your recommendations as which one offer the best in terms of location, safety and comfort besides free internet and a good breakfast.

1. August Suites

2. LK Metropole

3. Nova Gold

4. Eastiny 7

5. Baywalk Residence

I am a latenighter and have 2 weeks to spend in September so help me choose 3 out of these! However, if you know of any hotels better than these but in the same price band, please do share!

thanks

Baywalk is in a pretty good location. I've not stayed there.

Tim Boutique gets good reviews and is also well located.

By well located I mean you can walk to Walking Street and the LK Metro area, and take baht bus to Soi 6 or anywhere else, and short walk down to the beach.

Natural Beach hotel on the beach road corner Soi 11 is also a great spot.

Thanks LRanger but the Tim Boutique hotel does not seem to offer free Internet and the rates are a little high. I will any way check it out again.

currently staying at the april suites which is the older sister hotel to august suites if the rooms here are anything to go by the august suites should be fine and the location is very central only a one minutes walk pattaya klang i would not worry too much regarding breakfasts, as if you are a late nighter you may not make the hotels breakfasts as most stop at 11 am but there is plenty of choice around the area

Since it is your first trip and you will be spending only 2 weeks, I would recommend the Baywalk Residence. It is quick walk to Walking Street. You can do a quick short time, rest up and head back down to the discos, beer bars and gogos without a hassle or wasted time. Also, you can just cross the street and

grab a beach road girl if you are inclined.

If it helps August Suites is the only one on your list in the "top 5" hotels booked by Addict members.

The other two in the top 5 in the same price bracket are

April Suites

Page 10 - Page 10 is usually fully booked well in advance I have to add.

For reference the other 2 in the top 5 are as follows but probably a little on the pricy side for you.

Tim Boutique

LK Empress

We also highly recommend Pattaya Bay Resort and many BMs stay there regularly.

Baywalk if you are planning to spend majority of your time in WS. I however stayed there once and wasn't too impressed, but it was ok.

August Suites or Page 10 are the best hotels imho
