Anyone near the outlet mall want to exercise?

I have been in Pattaya for about a month now and I really need to exercise. I have a neighbor who tells me he will swim or go to the gym with me but has never done either. My lady is the same. I would like to have someone to go to the gym with or maybe the pool behind my condo. I am not sure where the closest gym is. I am guessing Tonys. I live on Theprassit near the outlet mall.

Quick update. My neighbor and my lady try to go swimming almost daily and the monthly fee for that is 500 baht. Have been almost everyday since I started.
