27 year old woman assaulted and robbed in her Central Pattaya apartment

A 27 year old Thai Woman claimed she was sexually assaulted by three men, presumed Thai, inside her rented apartment in Central Pattaya. In the early hours of Wednesday, Police were called to the Diana Estate Apartments in Soi Beokeow and met with the victim, who was understandably distraught but was able to provide Police with details of the attack. It is thought the men entered the apartment through the balcony door and when she woke up because of the noise created by the three men, they had surrounded her bed. At this point the assault took place and she was told not to scream or she would be killed. When the assault was over she fainted and when she woke up items had been taken from the room including an Iphone, Nokia Phone, 5,000 Baht in cash and a Laptop Computer. She had also been bound and gagged but was able to free herself and contact the Police. Officers suspect this could be the same team of men who broke into an apartment on Pattaya Second Road on 18^th August and were prevented from assaulting the female occupier on that occasion due to her menstrual cycle.
