Room for one month starting December, 02 - ideas?

I am looking for a room for one month, starting December, 02. Currently I am lacking a bit of ideas after my favourite D Apartments said they are fully booked. I am willing to spend up to 30.000 Baht and would like to have a pool for this price.

 

Any ideas, offers, recommendations? Thanks!

For that budget you could try View Talay 6? I'm surprised D Appts are fully booked this early. Then again Xmas/NY is the crazy season.

VT6 would be my favorite, but Dancewatcher e.g. is fully booked in my period.
