Anxiety sometimes happens to you all?

Ok guys, there are times when I loses my erection completely when doing the woman-on-top position. It feels weird but it just happens. I am thinking is my anxiety that causes it or not, I am not too sure. But putting that issue aside, I was wondering if the condom is still safe when I loses the erection midway and regain the erection later? I did check the condom and it does feels secure but what I am afraid is if the Liquid from the outside of the condom can ooze to the inside whenever there is no erection?

Even Durex say their condoms are only 99% effective at the best of times. Try placing a jubilee clip round the base.
