would like to inform members to do some homework before buying new Condo from Matrix Developments.

I bought a Condo from matrix Back in Sept. 2011, it's now neally 7 months overdue and i cant find anybody at Matrix who can tell me why, they seem to keep you in the dark. BEWARE.

What complex is that? When I was looking at Matrix properties, a big selling point was "we always build our promises".

That reminds me of a friend I used to work with - my boss would promise the customer the project would be finished in December. On the way back from visiting the customer, my friend's first questions would be "December? What year???"
