Foreigner beaten-up by three Thai Men after drunken episode in South Pattaya.

 

Police and Rescue Workers made their way to Soi Gopia in South Pattaya in the early hours of Wednesday Morning to deal with a foreign man who had been rendered unconscious in a fight outside an apartment building. The man, who was not carrying any forms of identification, sustained a serious head wound which was attended to by rescue workers. Witnesses mentioned spotting the man, who appeared drunk, walking on the side of the road. In an unprovoked incident, he was seen to throw a glass bottle in the direction of a motorbike with sidecar containing three Thai Men. The men stopped and proceeded to attack the foreign man. He was taken to Hospital and Police are waiting for him to recover so they can obtain his side of the story.

Two words spring to mind, massive and cunt.

My client , seeing the motorcycle and sidecar containing the three men mistakenly assumed they were the re-cycling team he had seen earlier in the day.

Wishing to help them in there endeavors, in a most kind and generous gesture,he called to the men 'catch' and proceed to throw them a gift of the empty bottle in his hand.

Unfortunately the completely uneducated thugs did not speak a word of English , and did not note his warning. They recklessly continued driving until the driver was struck on the head by my clients intended gift to them .

 

My client then tried to explain there mistake to them , but was assaulted with fists , feet and weapons for his efforts!

 

I therefore ask the court to throw out the charges against him and release him from custody as there was no intent on his part to cause grievous bodily harm and the whole episode was just an error of judgement and high spirits by him .

 

I would further point out that my clients father , while at the Police station to make a substantial cash donation to the chef of police's favorite charity , was most gratified to hear that an arrest warrant has been issued for the three assailants of my client and they have been spotted making due hast on the Bangkok motorway in the direction of there Issan baan!

 

That , my lord, concludes the argument for the defence!
