Kefir in Pattaya?

Is there anywhere I can get Kefir cultures or grains here in Pattaya? Or even just buy a kefir drink? I'm drinking obscene amounts of milk at the moment (gym), and I'd much rather reduce the damage.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

If anyone is interested I found some today in the Friendship Supermarket on Pattaya Tai. To make your own Kefir using it, add 1 part kefir to 3 parts milk and leave at room temperature for approx 18 hours - unless your room is really hot in which case try it every now and again after 12 hours and stick it in the fridge once its to your liking. Should be able to repeat it around 7 times (apparently), so the 500ml bottle (60baht) can be used to make approx 10.5 litres. After that invest in a new bottle.

Foodland on Pattaya Klang has some good small containers for 25 baht.

I dont know if you are trying to loose weight but skim milk has about 50 grams of carbohydrate / liter.

And 20 grams carbohydrate/day is considered a low carbohydrate diet for loosing weight.

This is an example of "hidden Liquid carbs/calories" that can prevent you from loosing weight while doing everthing else right.

Nah mate, I'm drinking around 3 litres of full fat milk everyday. Not trying to loose weight

I'm around 10-12% bodyfat depending on what apparatus is used to measure it. I'm trying to add around 5 kilo's over this 2 month period.
