It's all a scam!

Go for the real deal like Viagra, Cialis and Levitra they have all been tested and approved by proper medical authorities.

Many of those so called "Herbal Viagra" has a small amount of "Sildenafil" (the active ingredient in Viagra) mixed in to make them work

rest is just some dried grass or chemicals.
