At the end of June the Black Sheep beer boozer and hands-on Percy playhouse (eastern end of Soi Khao Noi) officially re-opened with original operator Kiwi Paul back in the saddle. The bar had been sold some time back but allegedly the new owners had only come up with half the agreed fee and reneged on paying the rest.
Paul says he initiated court proceedings and the end result was the Black Sheep is now back in his possession.
The bar has been completely refurbished and an entirely new wallet emptying crew employed and business has apparently been brisk since then.
