Hatton fought the wrong fight, but A+ for guts and A+ for the loud fuckin poms in the crowd, you guys should be proud.

That song started getting a bit boring after a while though. They really turned it up a notch just before he got ko'd which was kinda funny, but what was hilarious was when they started singing it after the official announcement of the winner. "theres only one ricky hatton" yeah...and he was just laying on the fucking canvas in cuckoo land!

I met the Guy when he was training at the Peacock Gym for the Oliver Macall fight.

Had some great photos done with him & his trainer at the time Pepe.

The way he was hitting the heavy Bag was hurting me & i was standing 10 feet away.

Hatton fought bravely but Mayweather proved why he ios consoidered the best p4p boxer of the last few years (Roy Jones perhaps will argue that).

 

At the end of the day it comes down to the age old adage "a good big un will always beat a good little un".

 

Hatton needs to go back to Light Welter - stepping up isnt easy, especially against that level of class.
