Website With Upskirt Pics of BKK Women Upsets Ministry of Public Health

Website Posting Upskirt Images of Thai Women on the "Skytrain", on the Bus and in the Temple

May 23, 2012 [PDN] A reporter said that a website has been found posting “upskirt” photos of teenagers including middle age women. More than 600 pictures were discovered along with comments and votes on the membership website.

 

Some of the obscene images depicted a good looking teenager who opened her blouse and showed herself on the BKK BTS aka “skytrain”, on a bus, on a flyover and even in a temple.

Doctor Phanpimol Vipulakorn, spokesperson of the Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health said, the on-line society has direct impact on our the Thai youth. The teenagers must learn and understand the impact of these pornographic pictures once made available widely on the internet.
