translation Wills Contracts etc

Not sure if this will get moded but all docs in Thailand need to be in Thai language.

This causes some problems for foreigners if things go to court as the court only looks at and decides on the Thai language documents.

For example if you have a Will it needs to be in Thai language and if a foreigner / executor is a beneficiary then they need to see it in English as well

Even with the GF or Wife or M Noi sometimes contracts are necessary - like mortgages, leases, pre nups, and then theres litigation, bail bonds, visa's for the GF to another country, kids, divorce, custody etc.

It goes on and on.

So you need to cover your butt

Its not expensive and can be done locally
