I ask for the first time as I am new to real estate in LOS, is there a process whereby an inspection can be made by an independent inspection company?

 

Being a new country for me, I'd like an opinion not influenced by the purchase of the house.

Thanks for your message.

As far as I know there are no independent property inspectors in Pattaya.

I am sure that there will be in Bangkok.

I met a Chartered Surveyor a few years ago who was looking to set up a company in Pattaya to do exactly that, but I think that he had problems getting indemnity insurance.
