Real Cajun food

Being here in Japan, Cajun food is really hard to come by.

 

I remember I saw a couple of signs for cajun restaurants on soi 13, I think.

 

Can we get real Cajun food in Pattaya?

 

I know Coup at the Chicken Coup cooks up some grub sometimes. So they have a standing menu?

Perhaps you're thinking of Cafe New Orleans on Soi 13/4.

 

It's been over a year since I've eaten there but I've had their jambalaya and at least one other Cajun dish. It's only so-so but if you have a craving for Cajun you may want to try it.

 

It's the best Cajun I've had in Pattaya but that's not saying much. The only other place I've tried is Tequila Reef. Best to stick with Mexican there -- or better yet

just have some margaritas and eat somewhere else.
