All the big rental companies have thailand websites which have some good prices for rentals of a month or longer. I used Avis before and there were great when having a problem in Chiang Mai with the vehicle. Also trucks can be a good option if driving in the country or on the big highways as feel safer. No so good in town with motorbikes all around.

 

Should check the international and Thailand websites for the vehicle of interest as prices vary.
