Three Bangladeshi men members of Rotary International Convention 2012 who after they attended the Rotary Convention 2012 in Bangkok traveled to Pattaya where one of them met a prostitute. Later in their hotel room she gave the three knockout, stole their belongings and left the building. One of the Bangladeshis died and two others are still in coma. This tragic incident occurred on the night of May 12, 2012 in room # 427, Bella Express hotel, Central Pattaya.

I seriously doubt they were stupid enough to take pills from her, she's just saying that to duck some of the guilt by making them complicit in the crime. I do believe they were stupid enough to not keep their eyes on her or to let her bring them drinks that she spiked with this drug

Interestingly, she was offered 2000 baht for shorttime. I wonder whether she would have been paid? Also, I wonder what kind of drug could have done this type of damage? Worse case scenarios I have heard of have been the victims merely being knocked out.

just read the full story why do they do this. Have read many storys were men bring one gril back only to have another few men in the room this is not a good way to conduct your trip in pattaya as soon as this stops happening i do believe these things will stop.

There are some very naive and stupid people about, anything's possible. But I agree, it's hard to imagine how anyone would be that dumb, and she may be trying to duck some of the responsibility as you suggest. Then again, spiking three separate drinks unnoticed in a small room would be difficult.

Maybe they were a type of Viagra. Take 3 or 4 and increase blood flow away from the big brain and you too would probably die or end up comatose. It is possible she gave them the pill with intention to knock them out because she was worried for her own safety with 3 of them there. As for stealing their stuff, she may have felt entitled to some compensation for her time and cost to replenish her knock out pill supply for the next time she felt threatened. It seems to me there was going to be one or more victims that night. She just made sure it was them and not her.

This is a sadening but completely avoidable scenario.

 

As a lot have said, never leave 2 mates back in the room to also greet this woman but unless she told her there were 2 mates back in the room (which only she says, they neither confirm nor deny), Bt2000 is 4 times the going rate for a Pattaya BR ST so she would have been exploiting him anyway.

 

Regardless of what really happened (information released to the media in LOS is not 100% accurate as we all know) but all newbies should take note of some of the most basic day to day survival techniques.

 

I don't think it is just a matter of saying never take a BF girl back to your room, many do and don't get robbed (if ID is taken by the hotel). Personally I would but keep anything valuable locked up in my hard plastic case (combination lock as well as key), and chuck my wallet into the room safe before i shower or touch her.

 

Taking the violet tablets was just dumb though, so I have no possible defenses for them other than at home in Bangladesh, pharmacists (not a BG though) hand out tablets to people all the time, as do many cultures so they should have been aware of the fact they were in Thailand not home but as I said it was just plain dumb accepting tablets from a working girl.

 

Taking a BR girl is risky at the best of times, remember the story about that girl that put some chemical of some sort on her nipples so when a monger sucked her nipples it caused him to pass out, and so she robbed him.

 

Nevertheless, it is still sad to hear that someone was killed at the hands of a Thai girl, regardless how stupid they are.
