@yoss, roughly 2,5 to 4,5 million. Really depends on serveral things. I think at Sirisa 16 you will pay around 5 million total for a 3 bed 2/3 bath but then you will be in awesome gated village and a very well build home. On the other hand I can sell you my 2 storey 3 bed 3 baht on 288 sqm land in a new gated village near the big market at soi siam countryclub for 3.4M, much closer to sukhumvit, but that will be offplan with construction starting next month

Sorry but its just finished, we had it refurbished a bit and the renovation of the second bathroom with all new tiles.

 

About prices, just same as ThelostShark says, from 2.5 till 4.5 million but in this moobaan is a really nice villa for sale also for 15 million

It doesnt have a jacuzzi but does have a sauna and 3 bedrooms and 2 bahtrooms, it does have big bathtub

There is a songtaew available at soi Numplabwan but if you live in this area its much better to get a car or a motorbike

 

Think its better for you to find something near the center if you want to transport by songtaew...
