Is it better to walk in and haggle during hotel lowseason?

Question is stated above, is walking in and haggling better and cheaper then reservation online during pattaya low season?

Yes of course ! Some hotels have discount for example 14 days for price 10 days and similarly.

It's not my style, but I never get to take long trips, so I'm not looking at much of a discount anyway. Plus, I am usually stuck going in high season.

 

Based on feedback/input from others, I think the prudent course is to book for a couple of days before you get there, then shop about for the best deal for the remainder of your trip.

 

Even in low season, I can't imagine flying 20 hours, getting there in the heat and humidly and lugging my shit from place to place, trying to find a room....

I agree it is probably best to get a room booked to get over the jetlag then look around, it also allows you the opportunity to see if a place is suitable noise-wise, what's quiet during the day may not be most of the night...!!!

I was thinking more of the lines of booking for first day and scout out the rest of the days :GoldenSmile1:
