August Suite or Areca Evergreen

Any imput on these 2 hotels August Suite or a room at Areca Evergreen both have balconys which I want really was looking for something with a seaview under 2000 baht been staying at the Sabai Lodge before just thought I'd try somewhere else.. Thanks

I've stayed at the Areca Evergreen. A good choice, nice location. I like the pool area at Areca.

thanks kash was looking at sandy springs also I dont think they have safes in room

Stayed at both hotels and both are nice. Rooms at August Suites are more spacious and the breakfast is better. I don't think you will get much of a sea view at either hotel, if any.
