Evidencing roots back home for visa to europe

Having ploughed through all the posts on the forum re. visa applications for my gf to come to europe, an area which has limited advice/ support on is evidencing roots in home country when in theory there arent any i.e. to ensure that the my gf will return home following a trip to europe.

 

- my gf is working in a bar so cannot provide any proof of employment or does she have any property to her name. The only roots that she has is family. In this situation what advice does anyone have other than detailing her family commitments? What do other BMs write in the application form in this situation?

- I met her in a bar and naturally dont want to say this, how would you advice that I proceed with this?

 

All other answers to the visa criteria are strong and evidence can be provided i.e relationship for over a year with daily communication. There is only a 7 year age gap between us. Trips together in Thailand and to Singapore, Hong Kong and Phillipines. I will be providing full support to her during her trip. I have my own apartment, have very strong bank statements and have a professional job

You could state that she is aware that if she does not satisfy the requirements of her visa it will negate any future applications for entry clearance and therefore your ongoing relationship.
