Tak Bongkoj Khongmalai said Sunday she would not file charges against Pattaya redshirt supporters who harassed her on Saturday night over the actress's comments on the death of Amphon "Akong" Tangnoppakul or "Uncle SMS", a prisoner under lese majeste law.
