Wifi or ethernet in hotel

Hi Everybody,

i am making my first trip to pattaya in June. Can you recommend a good hotel. I am going with 2 friends. All 3 of us have to do some work while there. So internet speeds have to be good for us wherever we stay. I would like to say the budget is 1500=2000 bht.

 

Also if someone can recommend which cell phone has the best data plan. We are all bringing our own unlocked phones. Also we are only staying for 1 week. So it would be nice to have unlimited data plan for that 1 week. I have heard about TRUE.

8so got back from saying st the Sabai Lodge hotel was fine but internet was slowwwwww

I've recently stayed at both August Suites and Pattaya Bay Resort. Both had very strong wifi signals with minimal drops. Areca Lodge had a weak signal and the router was right outside my door.
