i only have a phone number, 038 423 403 & 038 410 565.

 

on booking .com it is about 1000B a night, but last time i stayed there, if u just walk in u can haggle with the price, last sept i got it for 800B for old wing & 900 new wing, i looked at both , & no difference really IMO & both pools are accessible from either wing. no safes in room only safety boxes at reception & only open certain period of the day. No Wifi in rooms, only coin operated computers down in reception.

ive stayed there a few times good location, they also own the aa pattaya and br inn on soi 12 or 13. i know the owners son Jack, he owns the black mini and classic american car usually parked outside, very friendly guy, any problems ask for Jack.

Didnt some AA place have bad reputation a while ago ? Anyone have any idea ?

There are two AA in the same street, the one closer to beach road is a bit worn, the one further up the street is much better, big rooms & free wi fi in the rooms, the phone no is 038 423403, 410565. 410318, email [email protected]. You can haggle the price with the owner, breakfast is 110 batt & on till 1 pm

I have previously stayed at the Inn house hotel next door  and have eyed up the Swimming pool at the "A.A. Pattaya residence" (You can see the pool from the rooftop paddling pool at the Inn house)

As there is not much in price variation does anyone have uptodate feedback on this place?  Im concerned that its a shower over a bath rather than a walkin shower and the pictures of the room show old style big deep TVs.  Thank you
