Pattaya Memorial Hospital is good and a convenient central location.

Bua Khao clinic is handy and cheap, it's on Bua Khao just before you get to soi Chaiyaphum. They're VD specialists at that clinic so they can run all the tests you need.

But must say I agree with Ghosty, most guys arrive in Thailand squeeky clean and leave diseased up to their eyeballs, so it's odd someone arrives wanting these tests.

If you have enough knowledge what to test for, and what to do about a positive test, avoid hospitals and clinics to keep the costs down. Go directly to a lab, there are a couple around town. One is in Naklua on Naklua Road next to the Krung Thai Bank branch, forgot the name. Another one is on Third Road near the Tony gym with the swimming pool, called Life Care Lab. They test for HIV, Herpes, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Hepatitis the whole alphabet, each test between 200 and 500 Baht. There's a huge shopping list actually, you can also test for testosterone, and growth hormone, allergies, etc. If you are positive on the Clap or Chlamydia, you need a single dose 1gr of Azythromicin from the pharmacy, read and abide by the leaflet. Should remove syphylis for good measure as well, but there are resistant strains, and with syph it's better to ask a doctor. For Herpes you need Acyclovir 400mg 3x daily for a week. This virus is a rotten little bug, can't be removed completely. Who had Herpes Genitalis has to take Acyclovir 200 mg 2x daily to prevent recurring infections. If they do, you need to double the dose mentioned before, or shift to expensive drugs like Famciclovir.

I went there last year to check my PSA and Testosterone, 600 and 800 baht.

He couldn't do these specific tests in hos own lab though, so they were sent to Chonburi Hospital.

The lab-results arrived to me 2 days later by E-mail.
