New Canadian $100 Notes Can they be used in Pattaya

The new canadian notes are plastic, does anyone have experience with changing them in Pattaya?

Don't know about Canadian currency but the Aussie money has been plastic for several years and no problem with it.

Last month I asked a money changer if he had seen the new plastic bills - he hadn't. I asked if he would take them - have to see first. So I suppose that they will be accepted after awhile but I would try and bring the old ones to avoid any problems.

Yes our new "funny money" aka that looks Mexican all of a sudden money is being accepted in LOS. I had np exchanging them in Patts or Bkk. Hope this helps...I usually take TC because cost to exchange is the same and safer BTW.
