Hi guys,Need some help.I moving back to Pattay in September and looking to fin a 1.-2bedrom house of any kind for long term,minimum one year.basic furnished, and most importent abel to get internet.if not there already.budget max 10-15.000b but its depending on house,can do more,prefer less haha.

You dont rent house if you didnt see neighborhood, how close to shopping, bus etc.

ok hard to explain,basicly anywere,naklua,south,central,Any were.I know Pattaya well so I get a proposel I know .Like i said not Jomtien and on Baht bus rout.I lived before in Naklua and around carrfeour(Big cextra)on second rd,(avenue)and behind Tuk com,all good areas.So I know most places and there neighborhood.Open for all ideas and areas in Pattay city

to rent a house in september , you need t look in september.

I'm here now , riding around on my scooter looking for a place now from May.

and I have found loads of houses to rent.

I've found a great one , 2 bed brand new house big kitchen a bit of garden 2 air con.. looking over a lake

all for 14,000bht a month.

I'm not sure the name of the area.. i wouldnt share if i did !.. as i want this one.

but there are loads around.. but i think you need to be here to look.

i would come, rent a holiday condo for 10 days and ride around on a bike

yes that is the best way but I have a full truck with stuff,and working.I want to find a couple of options first and then i go there and look and sign contrakt.back and load my shit and back.But i think you are right about the time,not easy to find now.to early.hoping some one have a great house that they know will be empty in August/sept/oktober.But I know I dreaming haha.Thanks any way,and if you find one you dont want but great?let med know.Thanks
