I vary a lot, but the common theme is I often want a ST before I drink more than just a couple of beers. I think you can be pretty sure there has not been a significant change since January this year. If you put those $105,000 in the market like a global index fund, or maybe even just some solid bonds, you can easily get enough returns to pay for most of those 18k /month.
