Get married before she leaves. That way gov. have to let her in back. Otherwise, good luck.

I am not sure that is a good option. The immigration people may see it as an abuse of the visa she currently has. I am not sure if that would be a hindrance or not but it would need to be checked.

Does the UK have a fiancée visa?

The other option is to travel to Thailand with her and get married and apply for a partner visa.

If she only has a tourist visa without any permission to get marry, she won't be able to get marry in UK because the Marriage Registration Office will check the visa.

Of course, UK has a fiancee visa. If the plan is for her to return to UK later on a permanent basis and to get marry there, she should apply for a fiancee visa which will allow her to stay for 2 years after the marriage.

Since she needs to pass the English A1 test before she can apply for a fiancee visa, it's advisable for her to learn and pass her test before going back to Thailand in September. You will save a lot of time.

No fiancee visas in Canada. Advised not to apply for anything if U ar engaged only.

But if U married, than is responsibility of government to unite a family.

Short track to be together faster, at least in Canada.
