red spots on the head of the penis...

Recommended Posts

I had sex with a girl about week ago, was pretty drunk, forgot the condom, afterwards, took a shower, noticed I had red spots on the head of the penis, I thought it would go away, but now, one week as gone by, and they are still there.

It does not really hurt if I dont touch, but it is a little over sensitive, so when I touch, it hurts a little.

What can it be?

Visit your local doctor, That will ease your worries quickly than asking around here... Nothing to be ashamed of when seeing a doctor.

It doesn't sound like anything. It could be just penile papules.

Did you use any lube? It could simply be the lady was not 'lubricated' enough, and with the lack of a condom, it was overly sensitive for you.

As I'm sure other ppl will tell you, if in doubt get it checked by a doctor / GUM clinic.

No lube, do you think a regular small clinic will be able to do a check, or do I need to go to the hospital?

no way. They're not "spots", they're white, not red and they don't just appear after sex.

Sounds like Candida yeast infection to me, which is quite common in women, albeit much less in men. As other people said, it should be nothing serious and Monistat (an antifungal cream) will take care of it, but since you did not use a condom, there is a lot of other things you can get from a girl around here.

As everybody else said, this is Pattaya. There is nothing to be ashamed and hospitals are inexpensive: go see a doctor.

Pearly penile papules are small raised nodules (bumps), usually 1-2 mm in size, which are located around the rim of the penis head in the form of string of pearls. Usually developing during adolescence, they have been reported in up to 35% of males. Uncircumcised men are more likely to have pearly penile papules. Very often these lesions are confused with genital warts, although there is no known link between warts and pearly penile papules.

Pearly penile papules are NOT cancer and are NOT spread via contact or sex. Most men with penile papules do not seek medical treatment.

Men do not need to have them removed but some men feel uncomfortable having spots or dots on the penis. Some men are worried that a partner my not have sex with them because they look like warts or other sexually transmitted bumps such as herpes.

we encourage no sexual relations until the healing process is finished

If you saw them right after you fucked her and took a shower then I don't think STD's come that quickly, maybe you are allergic to the sperm from the last guy she fucked.

I got this problem one time I was fucking this crazy yabba head girl in Pnom Penh. Anyway I went to the doctor all worried and he didn't have a clue. He had a look and got me to piss in a cup. Said it definitely isn't syph (or they'd be real sores) and not the clap (no burning) - got me to piss in a cup - and that tested for nothing either.

He suggested maybe it was just an allergy to the condom rubber after too many vigorous sessions, with the heat and humidity etc. Anyway, he prescribed me some 1% hydrocordisone cream (basically just somethign that clears up rashes) and it went away.

Too drunk to remember the condom? That's the biggest BS I've heard for a long time. Wise up dick head or you'll end up another Pattaya HIV statistic.

go to a clap clinic........... a specialist clinic ...in the uk they are anonymous.............and the smaller are too in thailand or go to the GUM department of a hospital if you are in Thailand ...................then have an aids test in three months then again in three months and hope you don't have have herpes which is incurable or genital warts which are linked to cancer ................good luck..............condoms aren't really about HIV aids but about antibiotic resistant gonorrhea and other STIs

if those marks dont clear up, like me, it could be a herpes virus, but it can only be checked by a swab. There a are 2 types, so you need to go to sex clinic if possible

Wait one month, and do not have sex. If it falls off then it was probably serious and you should have seen a doctor when you first noticed the spots.

Come on mate, there is no need for that.

I don't need a crystal ball to know you will not be on the forum for much longer if you talk to people like that.

Especially after only 5 posts.

Fair enough mate - in hindsight I was a bit harsh and will try to keep the language in check.

I'm still calling BS on forgetting the condom though ....
