Anyone stayed in Sunview Place (Bukhao)?

Seems like a sweet little place from their site (http://www.sunviewplacepattaya.com/index.html) but oddly never seen it mentioned on here.

 

Anyone have any experience of staying there? Not far from the action, got a pool. Rates seem reasonable

I stayed there last summer it was great.

 

But these year I did not decided to stay there, because of new bear bar comlex, I read it here that It can be very noisy.

I was thinking of Opey also. Just wondering how far 'down' Sunview was in realistic terms ... seems a fair walk

Opey good for lots of reasons but the bed is like concrete, never again.

Stayed in the Sunview for three weeks in March and couldnt fault it. I only booked for two nights to see what it was like and then decided to stay there......the receptionust gave me a 100 baht per night discount. I have always stayed in the Sabai Wing which is a great place but the Sunview is nearly half the price and just as good rooms......pool is not as good but is ok.

Im gonna book again for October.....only gonna book for two nights as ive heard theres a problem with noise from the new bar complex.....but if thats ok will extend it again.

If youre into ladyboys then dont stay there as theyre not allowed in.......but as im not then it was no problem.
