Decent hotels or small resorts

I have been going to Thailand/pattaya about 3 times a year since 2005 and normally stay around the Nakula area in a nice little resort but i fancy a change this time maybe somewhere near soi buakhao thats girl friendly and half decent and doesnt have paper thin walls,so when she goes off like Sharapova it doesnt wake the rest of the hotel up:).Any pointers would be most welcome.Thanks
