I've stayed here in July 2006,its a new hotel & will be staying here again in jan 2007. The hotel calls itself a 5 star hotel @ 4 star prices! Thats exactly what you get!

 

The food is excellent & 24 hours a day, the room is very spacious, nice bed, bathroom is great, it has a tub & walk in shower, a large swimming pool, free in room internet, gym & GF.

 

2250 baht per night. I cannot fault this hotel

 

Its location is a 5 min walk from nana plaza!

Couldn't agree more about this hotel! Stayed there for a few days in October. My room looked just a little different than your pics & mine had a DVD player in the room (maybe they added them since July?).

As i write this i'm staying there now and infact it's my 7th visit inside six months. All the girls I take back love it. Very importantly the beds and pillows are so bloody comfortable.

 

Truly awesome value for money plus the food in the restaurant is excellent.

 

One minor criticism is that, due to the adjacent high rise buildings, sun bathing is only possible for about an hour and half between 1pm and 2.30pm and that's before I wake up.

I too love this hotel, I have now stayed there six times and most recently on the 19th of January & a few days ago on the 9th of February. I generally stay at this hotel for one night after I have landed in Bangkok before I transfer down to Pattaya, and likewise the night before I fly home to London.

The Room also has a well stocked mini-bar, big t.v and DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

 

On the two nights I stayed here on this trip I paid 2,280 baht per night, and I feel that this is a good price for the standard and facilities that the Dynasty Inn Grande offers. I will definatley be staying here again and recommend it to everyone. This hotel gets 10 out of 10.

 

Note: A 10% service charge is added on all room service, mini-bar, and restaurant bills, so take this into account when tipping.

When i send them an email they responded with:

Deluxe room is 2,280 baht per night net.(one king size bed)

 

Deluxe twin beds is 2,680 baht per night net.(two Queen size beds)

Agree with all the other posters.

 

Excellent hotel, great location and good value.

 

Only drawback is a 500 Bht joiner fee for a second overnight guest (but I usually only keep one overnight anyway - 3-somes are an afternoon adventure for me)

 

Stayed in October O6 and shall be back for 4 days at the end of next week.

 

Seems as if SB and myself have the same taste in hotels, I always stay at the Whitehouse in Pattaya as well. Any other BMs use both?

I stayed there last november. It will be my hotel of choice in bangers used to be the Majestic hotel on Sukhumvit. It has a nice gym that on used for three days except me. and it has a small pool not large , but one can do laps in it again no one but me in the pool.

 

My only complaint not enough Thai dishes on the menu both room service and in the restaurant, more western dishes then Thai.

Stayed there 3 nights this month April 07. Excellent value. Short walk to Nana bars Soi 4 and also Nana skytrain via Soi 6 route. Get free internet in room. Just ask for lan cable to plug into laptop.
