Review of the Seven Oaks Inn Pattaya

Just thought i'd do a review of the hotel I found on my last trip as a few BM's have asked for pictures etc.

 

Having booked my flight for my last trip 24 hours before flying I struggled to get a room at any of the hotels I would normally stay at. My girl found this diamond in the rough after I had spent the whole morning walking around trying to get a room (she found it after making two phonecalls!)

 

I've stayed in some ok rooms before but this trip I wanted to find something a little bit more comfortable without spending massive amounts per night. Well this place was the answer to all my prayers.

 

 

Located on Thappraya Road (heading out of Patts towards Jomtein but only just out of Patts)

 

The hotel is right on the baht bus route, I never waited for more than a minute or two for a bus to come along (10 baht to get into town)

 

They have standard and delux rooms. Standard rooms are 750 per night and delux rooms are 950 per night. All including breakfast. For high season (1st Dec - 31 Jan) add 100 baht per night. They also have a monthly rate of 15k for standard and 20k for delux (breakfast not included)

 

I stayed in two different rooms (both standard)

 

 

If your a light sleeper request a room without a balcony, these are at the back of the hotel and are away from the busy main road. At the moment they don't have wifi but there is an internet cafe only three doors up (40 baht 1 hour, 20 baht minumum) They do have some rooms without windows, still great rooms but no balcony or window to look out of. All rooms come with cable TV, room safe, minibar (but they don't mind if you stock up from the 7-11 just across the road, air-con + all the usual facilities. There is no pool.

 

I never made it to breakfast but I did have lunch there one day at it was very nice with reasonable prices. They are joiner friendly and had no complaints from girls that stayed with me. After the first couple of days they got to know my regular girl and would also let in other girls without letting on

 

Im well impressed with this place and have already paid the deposit for the room (a delux this time) for my next trip.

IHM, Good find, this place looks good and its not too far from the action if you have a bike, the only downside is no internet connection, thank you you for the review and the pics.

Nice Find IHM ,

 

Looks like its just up the road from the Residence Garden . The deluxe rooms look nice , but no internet is a deal breaker for me .

 

Just in case anyone is wondering , this hotel is on the main road between pattaya and Jomtien . There are plenty of baht busses passing so its no problem to get around from here
